A global automotive parts manufacturer is looking for a Quality Assurance professional. The qualified applicant will lead quality and production issue resolution and manage commercial aspects of engineering changes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead resolution of quality, production, and commercial issues
• Prepare for mass production and sequence delivery for the domestic market
• Provide input in developing objectives and strategies to achieve group targets
• Engage customers in issue resolution and explore new opportunities
• Stay informed on new business opportunities and customer strategies
• Respond to commercial information requests and process quotes
• Ensure compliance with program objectives and commercial targets
• Assist in development and negotiation of program pricing
• Develop customer presentations
• Visit manufacturing divisions regularly

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in automotive sales, Quality Assurance, or engineering management
• Knowledge of customer, product, and supply base
• Prior product experience is ideal
• Any experience worked for competitor is desired
• Familiarity with customer’s quality assurance and system
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Possess a valid driver’s licence
• Proficient in English (TOEIC 750+); Chinese is a plus
