カスタマープロダクトクオリティマネージャー/ Customer Product Quality Manager

An international automotive parts manufacturer needs a Customer Product Quality Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful management of the product quality of customers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality negotiations with customers to identify problems
• Ensuring that Japanese customers' and projects' quality commitments are met
• Inform customers and designated factories on quality problems and complaints
• Take part in customer audits as necessary
• Direct corrective and preventive actions regarding quality issues, audits, and complaints
• Escalate critical project issues when needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering
• MS Office competency
• Working knowledge of intranet or internet
• Fundamental technical analysis ability
• Business level Japanese
