品質保証リードアナリスト/ Quality Assurance Lead Analyst

A global consumer goods organisation is looking for a Quality Assurance Lead Analyst. The candidate selected for this role will be overseeing the adherence of business processes to local quality standards and policies.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance the quality and regulatory compliance in line with local laws
• Provide assistance in the execution of the company supplier qualification program
• Supervise new projects and drive continuous improvement in quality assurance
• Improve the quality of customer experience for the company business owner
• Provide advice on technical programs and projects when necessary
• Participate in professional trade associations proactively

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in chemistry, pharmacy, microbiology, or a related field
• 7+ years of related work experience
• Experience in quality assurance and quality control tools
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Knowledgeable in project management and quality management systems is ideal
• Proficiency in English is preferred
