QAマネージャー/ QA Manager

A QA Manager role is now available at a global electrical and electronic manufacturing company. In this position, you will be accountable for ensuring the effective management of none-quality costs.

Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to mitigate none-quality costs
• Ensure customer problems are resolved
• Handle escalation processes
• Perform root cause analysis
• Act as a complaint manager for clients
• Plan customer visits when needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical or electronics engineering
• 5+ years of experience in designing or quality assurance of UPS or network equipment
• 5+ years of experience in handling quality problems
• Expertise in resolving critical quality issues
• Ability to write technical reports
• Written and spoken Japanese and English proficiency
