サプライチェーンスペシャリスト/ Supply Chain Specialist

A global engineering company is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist. The selected candidate will oversee supply chain operations, improve processes, manage stakeholders and partners, and support stable, on-time delivery in line with business needs. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead inventory visibility and supply operations to secure stable product availability
• Drive process optimisation and re-engineering across supply chain teams
• Manage stakeholder communication to reduce risk, align demand, and minimise supply gaps
• Handle supply planning data requests, close data gaps, and maintain accurate supply data
• Coordinate with 3PL partners and oversee warehouse-to-customer delivery transactions
• Forecast customer demand and support logistics planning for on-time delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 7 years OF experience in supply chain operations
• Knowledge in inventory analysis & control
• Experience managing 3PL partners
• Prior experience using SAP (SD/LD/MM) or similar ERP system (training is provided)
• Business level English; professional level Japanese
