倉庫スーパーバイザー/ Warehouse Supervisor

A global engineering company is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor. The selected candidate will oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics coordination, and team performance while driving efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead warehouse staff through hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Oversee end-to-end inventory processes including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• Manage import receiving by verifying shipments against documentation and updating inventory systems
• Conduct product inspections, report discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams and overseas vendors
• Handle outbound logistics, prepare shipments, and coordinate with domestic carriers
• Drive operational improvements, analyse KPIs, support 3PL transition, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics operations, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors
• Knowledge of 3PL operations, cost optimization, and supply chain principles
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and inventory management tools
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; professional level written and verbal English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in handling imported products and conducting quality inspections
