SCMシニアマネージャー/ SCM Senior Manager

A global biotechnology company is looking for an SCM Senior Manager / Manager. The selected candidate will lead product launch support, demand and supply planning, inventory control, vendor management, and logistics operations. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Support J-NDA and late-stage CMC activities for product launches
• Manage artwork processes and onboard local CMOs
• Build demand plans with commercial and finance teams
• Control inventory levels, safety stock, and supply proposals with global planning
• Oversee GxP vendor compliance, evaluations, and operational coordination with CMOs and 3PLs
• Handle inbound and outbound logistics, including shipments, returns, destructions, and recalls

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of supply chain management experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in product launch, tech transfer, artwork, or production management
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in multinational companies
• Understanding of SAP
