サプライチェーンマネージャー/ Supply Chain Manager

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Supply Chain Manager. The selected candidate will oversee CMO management, supplier negotiations, packaging development, contract administration, and cross-functional supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage CMOs to ensure stable product supply
• Develop short-term and long-term CMO strategies, including partner evaluation and selection
• Negotiate pricing with CMOs and packaging suppliers in line with business goals
• Design, implement, and improve order processes with CMOs
• Coordinate with overseas manufacturing sites on production and delivery schedules
• Develop required packaging materials such as boxes, shippers, and labels
• Prepare, update, and manage CMO contracts and draft agreements for new partners
• Support logistics, warehouse, forecasting, and wholesaler teams for smooth operations
• Participate in pipeline and cross-functional projects that improve supply chain efficiency and business growth

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience managing supply chain activities within the pharmaceutical industry
• More than 5 years of experience collaborating with or managing logistics and/or warehouse management teams
• Native level Japanese; business level written and spoken English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in manufacturing environment
