インベントリーコントロールオフィサー/ Inventory Control Officer

A multinational luxury retail company is looking for an Inventory Control Officer. The selected candidate will manage inventory accuracy, product data, order flow, stock reporting, and cross-functional coordination across regional and local teams.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with regional teams in India and Hong Kong on inventory and operational matters
• Manage seasonal inventory, stock allocation, and sample control across locations
• Register product masters, create new items, and maintain accurate system data in Navision and SAP
• Track orders, shipments, and assortment sheets for retail and exhibit requirements
• Analyse sell-in and sell-out trends and support action planning to improve inventory performance
• Prepare inventory, availability, stock loss, pricing, and shipment reports while resolving NPI and retail issues with internal teams

Requirements:

• Experience in the retail or fashion industry
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of basic business processes such as “Plan-Do-See-Check”
• Strong presentation skills
• Professional level Japanese
