サプライチェーン アシスタントマネージャー/ Assistant Manager, Supply Chain

A global luxury fashion company is looking for an Assistant Manager, Supply Chain. The selected candidate will oversee 3PL operations, manage cross-functional coordination, and drive performance improvement across logistics and fulfilment. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily 3PL operations including inbound, returns, storage, order processing, and outbound across retail, outlet, and digital channels
• Support logistics planning for new store openings, pop-ups, and internal or external events
• Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews with 3PL partners and drive continuous improvement actions
• Act as the main liaison between internal teams and 3PL providers to ensure smooth execution
• Align operations with global and regional standards, reporting, and compliance requirements
• Track, analyse, and report KPIs including accuracy, lead time, cost, productivity, and inventory accuracy while coordinating stock takes and resolving non-conformities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• More than 7 years of experience in logistics, fulfilment, or supply chain operations
• Professional level Japanese; fluent level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with 3PL providers
• Exposure to luxury fashion, premium retail, or eCommerce operations
