サプライチェーンマネージャー/ Supply Chain Manager

A global technology company is looking for an Operations Executive Supply Chain Manager. The selected candidate will oversee inventory control, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure efficient and compliant SCM operations. This is a long-term contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between warehouses and stores to maintain optimal inventory levels and arrange required materials
• Analyse inventory levels and raise timely alerts for shortages and new requirements
• Manage coordination with multiple stakeholders via calls and online meetings
• Maintain and publish MIS and operational reports
• Ensure SCM processes comply with internal policies and industry regulations
• Support communication with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and drive continuous improvement based on industry best practices

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in SCM operations domain (telecom industry is ideal)
• 3-5 years of experience in SCM processes
• Background in Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Knowledge of telecom industry operations
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Proficient in reading, written, and spoken Japanese (English is ideal)
