シニア需要計画担当者/ Sr. Demand Planner

A global medical devices company is looking for a Senior Demand Planning professional. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end demand and supply planning while driving S&OP alignment and planning excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate demand forecasts using data analytics and commercial insights
• Align planning assumptions with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
• Communicate demand and supply changes clearly to key stakeholders
• Manage backorders while improving inventory health and reducing excess stock
• Lead S&OP preparation, facilitation, and cross-functional alignment
• Track planning KPIs and drive continuous process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in demand/supply planning or supply chain roles Experience with planning systems (SAP IBP, APO, Kinaxis, or similar)
• Native level Japanese; fluent level English

Preferred requirements:

• Master’s in Business Administration
• Possess valid APICS/CPIM or CSCP certification
• Possess valid Lean six sigma certifications
