サプライチェーン シニアアソシエイト/ Supply Chain Senior Associate

A global insurance solutions company is seeking a Supply Chain Senior Associate. The selected candidate will drive operational improvements while managing KPIs, vendors, and supply chain projects.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse operational bottlenecks and propose data-backed improvements
• Lead execution of approved process improvement initiatives
• Strengthen warehouse and inventory accuracy management
• Monitor KPIs and develop performance improvement actions
• Coordinate and negotiate with vendors and outsourced partners
• Lead supply chain projects and support system/process enhancement

Requirements:

• More than 5 years in warehouse/logistics with proven improvement achievements (Six Sigma, Kaizen)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability to work in VUCA environments (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous)
• Excellent project execution skills
• Proficient in Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience working in a fast-paced high pressured organisation
• Prior experience working in a matrix organisation
• Proven BPR experience
