統合計画マネージャー/ Integrated Planning Manager

A global apparel company is looking for an Integrated Planning Manager. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end demand and supply planning, aligning sales, finance, and operations to drive accurate forecasting and healthy inventory performance.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage demand planning across pre-season, in-season, and post-season cycles
• Lead sales forecasting across wholesale, DTC, and OMNI channels to drive one aligned business projection
• Build and oversee supply planning, inventory strategy, and safety stock management
• Drive S&OP and S&OE processes to balance demand, supply, and financial targets
• Lead planning system enhancements and continuous process improvement initiatives
• Develop, coach, and lead demand and supply planning teams to strengthen organisational capability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (Business Administrative, analysis, or supply chain related is ideal)
• More than 10 years of relevant planning experience
• More than 5 years of demand planning experience
• More than 2 years combined experience in sales planning, supply planning, inventory planning, or project management
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Understanding of supply chain (production and logistics)
• Fluent level written and verbal English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in Footwear, Apparel, or FMCG
• Understanding of O9, other DP tools, BI Data, GT Nexus, Oracle EBS
