サプライチェーンスペシャリスト/ Supply Chain Specialist

A renowned food manufacturing company is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist. The selected applicant will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate trade execution across Sales, QA, and Finance teams.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all inbound and outbound logistics activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to optimise delivery schedules and reduce supply chain costs
• Ensure compliance with import, export, and customs regulations
• Maintain accurate logistics documentation and records
• Support process improvements and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Assist Technical Service in handling customer complaints by providing order information and coordinating returns, credits, and replacements
• Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in customs clearance in the food industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications
• Proficient in Japanese and English
  

Preferred Requirements:

• Knowledge of payment terms, shipping documentation, trade terms, Letter of Credit, and Documentary Collections
