サプライヤー品質責任者/ Supplier Quality Manager

A global electronic components manufacturer is looking for a Supplier Quality Manager. The selected candidate will lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, and performance management while ensuring alignment with new product development and engineering requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with engineering and sourcing to align supplier strategy with new product development needs
• Identify, research, and assess potential new suppliers through market and industry channels
• Conduct supplier visits, evaluations, and capability assessments to build strong partnerships
• Lead supplier onboarding and early-stage development while monitoring initial project performance
• Coordinate communication between regional suppliers and global engineering teams across time zones
• Track project status, manage risks, prepare reports, and escalate issues to management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, business or a related field
• More than 4 years of procurement/sourcing experience
• More than 4 years of supply chain planning or engineering
• Experience with business practices in the Asia Pacific region (Vietnam, China, South Korea, etc.)
• Prior experience working with American Companies
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English and Mandarin

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in precision machining, injection molding and metal stamping
• Possess valid certification in supply chain (APICS CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent)
