サプライ＆在庫計画リード/ Supply & Inventory Planning Lead

A global medical device company is looking for a Supply & Inventory Planning Lead. The selected candidate will lead inventory and supply planning to meet business and financial goals. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory levels to meet KPIs and support business objectives
• Define stock and service levels with Demand Planners to optimise inventory ROI
• Prevent inventory excess, shortages, and backorders through cross-functional coordination
• Build and analyse PSI plans to support operational decisions
• Place and manage purchase orders and master data to ensure planning accuracy
• Monitor inventory targets and execute corrective actions to maintain service levels

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience at a multinational company
• Experience with Power BI is ideal
• Knowledge of inventory management
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Skilled in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and planning tools
• Knowledge of Database (SQL, Tableau, etc) is a plus
• Business level reading, written, and verbal English and Japanese
