サプライチェーンマネージャー/ Supply Chain Manager

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Supply Chain Manager. The selected candidate will be in charge of ensuring a stable supply by delivering accurate demand and replenishment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver best-in-class service and build a smooth and optimal supply chain system for procurement, production and supply to ensure a stable supply for patients
• Ensure forecasting excellence through regular demand review meetings, close collaboration with Global Master Planning, adherence to global OMP rules and effective communication with partners
• Ensure alignment with Budget Sales, Country LE sales submissions and OMP forecasts
• Maintain continuous interactions with partners, including contract management, supply continuity and forecast accuracy
• Manage relationships with supply partners and network CMOs and ensure strong collaborative interactions with Company sites at the S&OP level to maintain supply continuity under challenging situations
• Oversee the material master and country grouping structure and ensure alignment with global Master Data Management and compliance with Marketing Authorisations
• Monitor and discuss performance at local Demand Review meetings
• Manage the life-cycle of labelling changes, including review and approval of affiliate change control packages, coordination with supply sites and support to Regulatory on MOH reporting requirements
• Contribute to supply chain project management coordination for global and local initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Effective operational planning and project/process management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong influential skills
• Capable of devising change strategies and leading others through major change initiatives
• Professional level Japanese and English

Preferred Requirements:

• Knowledge of basic quality engineering tools, process management, and process improvement techniques
