サプライチェーンマネージャー/ Supply Chain Manager

A multinational FMCG company is looking for a Supply Chain Manager. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end supply chain operations, driving strategy, logistics, inventory, and cost optimisation to support business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with sales forecasts and expansion plans
• Oversee demand planning, S&OP cycles, and coordination with HQ, distributors, and OEM partners
• Manage inbound logistics, warehousing, and 3PL operations to optimise delivery and OTIF performance
• Establish inventory policies, manage safety stock, and collaborate with OEM partners on production schedules
• Track and optimise supply chain costs versus sales, manage contracts, and mitigate operational risks
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and lead junior supply chain staff with a compliance-driven culture

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration
• More than 7 years of supply chain management experience, preferably in beverage, FMCG, or import/OEM-based business
• Proven experience with 3PLs, distributors, and OEM manufacturers
• Strong analytical skills in demand planning, S&OP, and ERP systems
• Bilingual level Japanese and English
