サプライチェーンコントローラー/ Supply Chain Controller

A global cosmetics company is looking for a Supply Chain Controller. The selected candidate will oversee supply chain financial performance, ensure compliance with internal controls, and drive operational efficiency. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage plans, budgets, and forecasts for supply chain financial performance
• Analyse inbound, warehousing, outbound, and inventory costs
• Monitor KPIs for stock, investments, and operational efficiency
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports and analyses
• Identify variances, determine causes, and propose corrective actions
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and support audit processes

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or controlling roles (within a manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environment is ideal)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Skilled in financial systems (e.g., SAP, other ERP systems)
• Fluent level written and spoken Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experiences in controlling/accounting function within a business or manufacturing/logistics
  context
