需要プランナー/ Demand Planner

A multinational cosmetics company is looking for a Demand Planner. The selected candidate will manage sales forecasts, optimise inventory levels, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and finance teams to deliver business impact.

Responsibilities:

• Manage catalogue activities, including new launches, end-of-life products, and contribute to rationalisation
• Oversee sales forecast quality and manage the S&OP process
• Build baseline forecasts and consolidate projections from Sales and Marketing teams
• Ensure global sales forecast consistency by aligning commercial forecasts, financial trends, and sales history
• Develop global supply plans based on validated forecasts, promotions, stock levels, and procurement parameters
• Collaborate proactively with marketing, finance, and sales teams to achieve KPIs and business objectives

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in supply chain planning with demand planning
• Experience in logical thinking
• Commercial awareness and strong customer focus
• Professional level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Prior SAP experience
• Experience in Futurmaster or equivalent planning software
• Background in Engineering, Math, or Science
