サプライチェーン/ Supply Chain

A global semiconductor company is looking for a Supply Chain professional. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end demand fulfillment and drive smooth supply operations. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end demand fulfillment with customers
• Serve as the first escalation point and resolve customer issues
• Oversee order processing and maintain data accuracy
• Analyse supply-demand gaps and recommend solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address supply chain challenges
• Coordinate with logistics teams to support efficient delivery flow

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of work experience (preferably in Customer Supply Chain, Logistics, or Sales Operations)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Knowledge with digital tools such as Macros, analytics platforms, AI, or other reporting tools
• Business level spoken English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in the Semiconductor Industry is not mandatory
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles
