在庫計画マネージャー/ Inventory Planning Manager

An international luxury goods company is seeking an Inventory Planning Manager. The selected candidate will lead a team to manage inventory levels across retail and digital networks, ensuring stock alignment with sales forecasts and supporting business growth through data-driven strategies. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of 6 to maintain optimal product levels across retail and digital channels
• Monitor and control inventory flow, daily replenishment, and network consistency
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies for seasonality, new launches, and network expansion
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and sustainability
• Share monthly insights with top management during SOP reviews
• Collaborate with internal teams and global supply chain counterparts to ensure operational alignment
• Build and execute training and development plans to strengthen team capabilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (Engineering degree is ideal)
• 8–10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and/or operations
• Proficient in data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and Dataset
• Proven leadership with talent development experience
• Business level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in luxury goods and/or global companies
