シニア在庫管理マネージャー/ Senior Instock Manager

A global eCommerce company is seeking a Senior Instock Manager. The selected candidate will develop strategies, optimise supply chain operations, and drive efficiency in product availability and fulfilment processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute inventory management plans for perishable products to support network expansion
• Lead program management initiatives to enhance site launches and supply chain scalability
• Coordinate with global product teams to implement new inventory and procurement systems tailored to Japan
• Collaborate with vendor and operations teams to optimise fulfilment centre space and capacity planning
• Build forecasting and buying strategies to ensure stable supply and customer satisfaction
• Drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
• Conduct large-scale data analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning
• Align regional and global priorities by collaborating with APAC Fresh Instock and cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in supply chain management, including logistics, forecasting, and inventory control
• More than 5 years of experience in process improvement and program management using data and metrics
• More than 5 years of experience in program requirements definition and data, and metrics leveraging
• Experience leading system development and cross-functional projects
• Proven experience presenting analytical insights to senior leadership
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
• Knowledge of statistics or analytical tools
• Fluent level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Background in customer-facing environments, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing
