生産計画担当/ Master Scheduler

An international agriculture company is looking for a Master Scheduler. The selected candidate will manage supply and demand planning across APAC, ensuring product availability and alignment with business and inventory strategies. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and execute supply plans aligned with business needs
• Act as the key liaison between country deployment planners and global portfolio managers
• Maintain a 24-month rolling supply plan incorporating forecasts, inventory, and new product launches
• Communicate supply plans, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures
• Collaborate cross-functionally to establish supply and inventory strategies
• Ensure master data accuracy within IBP, S/4, and inventory systems
• Oversee order steering of active ingredients and bulks, resolving or escalating supply issues
• Support regional launches and supply chain initiatives to meet project timelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
• More than 5 years of experience in supply chain or planning roles
• Hands-on experience in supply planning, systems, and process management
• Proficient in ERP systems

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with SAP (ECC, S/4 Hana, IBP)
