需給計画スペシャリスト/ Supply & Demand Planning Specialist

An international medical devices company is seeking a Supply & Demand Planning Specialist. The selected candidate will support inventory and supply planning, data management, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business goals. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing inventory levels at distribution centres to meet KPIs and business targets
• Place and manage purchase orders and master data to ensure accuracy for planning and decisions
• Help analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Participate in the development and execution of supply chain strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to prevent shortages, excess inventory, and back orders
• Monitor inventory against targets and follow up on corrective actions with Demand Planners

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is ideal
• Database knowledge is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Interest in supply chain management and logistics
• Business level written and verbal Japanese and English
