IBP・デマンドマネジャー/ IBP & Demand Manager

An international beverage manufacturing company is looking for a Japan Integrated Business Planning (IBP) & Demand Manager. The selected candidate will lead integrated business planning, demand forecasting, and cross-functional alignment to enable growth across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Champion end-to-end IBP & S&OE cycle execution
• Align commercial and operational strategies across functions
• Lead short and long-term SKU demand forecasting for the assigned portfolio
• Drive forecast accuracy through collaboration with market teams
• Oversee monthly governance and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with global IBP and demand planning standards
• Utilise APO, OMP, and SAP HANA to enhance planning precision
• Pioneer innovative forecasting technologies
• Lead continuous improvement projects in supply chain planning
• Influence executives and global stakeholders to implement the demand management agenda
• Execute statistical forecasting and promotional volume analysis
• Conduct PDCA on forecast accuracy KPIs

Requirements:

• Practical experience in consumer goods supply chain planning and demand forecasting
• Prior IBP and demand planning process design and implementation experience
• Mastery of ERP and supply chain data platforms
• Expertise in demand forecasting and IBP operations
• Skilled in demand planning tools such as SAP APO or OMP
• Professional level Japanese and English
