A renowned luxury goods company is seeking a Supply Chain Manager. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to optimise supply chain operations and merchandising performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute supply chain and merchandising strategies aligned with global objectives
• Analyse market trends and business data to drive strategic initiatives
• Define and manage product assortments by boutique and country levels
• Ensure optimal stock levels and effective product allocation across the network
• Align forecasting processes with strategic and market demands
• Lead, motivate, and nurture a collaborative, high-performing team

Requirements:

• Experience in merchandising, forecasting, stock management, or relevant domains
• Understanding of SAP or similar ERP platforms
• Skilled in MS Excel
• Proficient in English and Japanese
