SCMマネージャー/ SCM Manager

An international biopharmaceutical company is seeking an SCM Manager. The selected candidate will oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, including demand planning, supply coordination, logistics, and process optimisation. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Review and validate monthly rolling demand forecasts by aligning with Business Units and Marketing
• Generate purchase orders and coordinate with the regional hub for demand submissions
• Monitor supply plans, manage importation logistics, and align schedules with CMOs and Quality Assurance teams
• Support operational improvement meetings and assist in pricing and performance negotiations impacting COGS
• Manage logistics coordination from importation to warehouse delivery and ensure data integrity in stock management
• Forecast slow-moving inventory and support NPI and business development projects with supply chain planning
• Contribute to digitalisation initiatives and process improvement activities to enhance team efficiency

Requirements:

• Professional level Japanese and English
