A global kitchenware company is seeking a Planning Specialist. The selected candidate will oversee demand forecasting, inventory planning, and sales performance analysis to support effective business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure product availability
• Analyse and report on sales trends across categories, providing actionable insights
• Support promotional and seasonal campaigns through data-driven planning
• Collaborate with global teams to manage inventory risks and coordinate order consolidation
• Plan and monitor stock allocation for wholesale and event activities
• Identify opportunities to enhance supply efficiency and campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in planning, supply chain, or relevant roles
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI desktop)
• Prior project management or leadership experience
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Skilled in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision 2009 R2) Cegid (Retail and ERP solutions), Power BI (Data visualisation and reporting), and BillOne (Digital invoice receipt and booking platform)
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English (TOEIC 730+ or equivalent)
