プロジェクトマネージャー/ Project Manager

A multinational chemical and manufacturing company is seeking a Project Manager. The selected candidate will oversee end-to-end project management, from supplier sourcing to logistics network reconstruction, driving operational efficiency and business growth. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead sourcing evaluations for products from domestic and international suppliers, including in-house production
• Oversee the reconstruction of logistics networks across multiple distribution centres
• Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with business goals
• Define project scope, identify risks, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery
• Participate in budget formulation and assess the impact of schedule or cost changes
• Report project status to sponsors and management with accurate progress updates
• Assume the role of Operation Leader upon project completion to manage the established organisation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or Operations / Supply Chain Management
• More than 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
• Management experience in at least two of the following: Planning (S&OP), Logistics, Procurement, or Manufacturing
• Proficient in project management and stakeholder communication
• Ability to lead project teams of 5–10 members and manage cross-functional dependencies
• Professional level Japanese; fluent level English (TOEIC 800+)
