シニアプログラムマネージャー/ Senior Program Manager

A leading international eCommerce company is looking for a Senior Program Manager. The selected candidate will drive strategic initiatives to optimise B2B supply chain performance and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Solve complex supply chain issues through manual and data-driven interventions
• Implement strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams across sales, operations, and tech
• Contribute to global logistics features and programs tailored for Japan
• Lead discussions on B2B supply chain design with global and regional stakeholders
• Collaborate with global teams to build scalable logistics solutions for Japan
• Establish performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in program operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 7 years of business-related experience
• More than 5 years of experience in program or project management
• Experience defining and implementing program requirements is a plus
• Business level written and spoken English and Japanese
