デマンドプランナー/ Demand Planner

A global consumer goods company is seeking a Demand Planner. The selected candidate will drive accurate demand forecasts and align inventory to support product availability and business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with departments to optimise supply capacity and inventory
• Generate 24-month forecasts for each SKU
• Identify and resolve gaps between demand and supply
• Analyse sales trends and forecast errors for accuracy improvement
• Ensure timely planning and execution for new product launches
• Manage post-launch demand to maintain optimal stock levels

Requirements:

• Strong relevant technical skills
• Skilled in communication, project management, and business acumen
• Professional level Japanese and English
