ハイエンドSCMプランナー/ High-End SCM Planner

A global luxury fashion brand is looking for a High-End SCM Planner. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing stock levels, supporting distribution, and optimising inventory for retail and digital stores. This is a hybrid setup role (WFH: 2 days).

Responsibilities:

• Sustain optimal product levels at retail and digital stores, ensuring both qualitative and quantitative needs are met
• Utilise internal IT systems to monitor and manage stock levels for stores
• Regularly track store business results to identify inventory actions needed for business optimisation
• Handle store inquiries regarding inventory and orders via call or email
• Visit stores to communicate directly with teams, identify opportunities for inventory improvement, and share reports
• Support store openings, renewals, and events by managing inventory builds and stock retrieval

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in supply chain management in the retail business (luxury industry is ideal)
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI
• Ability to deliver high-quality results and promote continuous improvement
• Business level Japanese and English
