Responsibilities:

• Manage overall business operations and production of eyewear frames
• Oversee supply chain management, including coordination with group companies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience
• Proven experience in supply chain management in the manufacturing industry or brand marketing
• Prior management experience overseeing 10 or more employees
• Experience in international business dealings
• Proven eyewear industry experience preferred
• Strong leadership skills to drive business operations
• Professional level Japanese; business level English
