受注プロセスリーダー/ Order Fulfilment Transformation Lead

A global medical devices company is looking for an Order Fulfilment Transformation Lead. The selected candidate will lead strategic improvement initiatives across order fulfilment operations, leveraging data, cross-functional collaboration, and project management expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead efficiency improvement and cost reduction projects using data-driven insights
• Collaborate with sales teams to enhance customer service and reduce operational costs
• Formulate business plans and budgets aligned with corporate goals
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors
• Develop strategies that reflect customer needs and industry trends, including automation and AI
• Understand customer journeys and lead problem-solving initiatives for complex issues
• Analyse operational challenges and drive innovative project execution
• Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to meet targets
• Apply project management best practices to optimise resource allocation

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, especially order handling, customer service, and logistics
• Proven experience managing at least 3 successful projects
• Skilled in Six Sigma and process mapping
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; fluent level English (TOEIC 700+)

応募要件:

• サプライチェーン（特にオーダーハンドリング、顧客問い合わせ対応および物流）分野での経験5年以上
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験・実績3個以上
• シックシグマやその他経営管理手法の知識
• PCスキル（Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook）
• 流暢レベルの英語力（TOEIC700点以上）
• ネイティブレベルの日本語力
