デマンド・サプライプランナー/ Demand and Supply Planner

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Demand and Supply Planner. The selected candidate will manage demand forecasting, inventory optimisation, and supply coordination to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare rolling demand forecasts and support demand review meetings
• Propose demand forecasts based on statistical analysis and market trends
• Analyse forecast accuracy, sales trends, and SKU performance
• Ensure demand forecast alignment with financial projections in collaboration with finance
• Coordinate with manufacturing plants to optimise product supply and inventory levels
• Manage shipping data, generate reports, and ensure timely delivery
• Communicate with LSPs to ensure customs compliance and regulatory requirements
• Monitor slow-moving stock and develop clearance plans with the commercial team

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in demand forecasting, planning, and S&OP processes
• Prior FMCG industry experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Excellent data management capabilities
• Business level Japanese and English
