SCMマネージャー/ SCM Manager

An international medical devices company is looking for a Supply Chain Manager. The selected candidate will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with global strategies and optimising logistics and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee supply chain processes, including supply and demand management, logistics operations, and 3PL management
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with supply chain policies and procedures
• Drive high-quality supply chain services and optimise product availability
• Lead stock optimisation efforts, minimising write-offs and addressing supply issues
• Manage 3PL providers, ensuring performance alignment with global logistics standards
• Lead S&OP processes, integrating supply chain strategies with business objectives
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost optimisation
• Develop and lead a high-performing supply chain team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management or related field
• More than 5 years of experience in supply chain settings, with people management experience
• Proven expertise in customer service, negotiation, and stakeholder management
• Strong knowledge of warehousing, distribution, and third-party logistics management
• Proficiency in SAP SD, MM, and APO DP modules
• Fluent level English and Japanese
