SCMスケジューラ/ SCM Scheduler

An international energy technology company is looking for an SCM Scheduler. The chosen applicant will be responsible for ensuring operational alignment with the production plan and KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor delivery on-time rate and kit on-time rate
• Identify reasons for delay and bottlenecks and create action plans
• Constantly challenged to reduce lead time and meet customer satisfaction
• Collect and analyse ITO opportunities and orders to manage workload simulation and slotting
• Define, implement and manage procedures & KPIs with cross function team
• Optimise inventory and process improvements with the Inventory leader
• Handle and clean master data to eliminate gaps between actual operations and data
• Adjust the gap between the global strategy and strategy & process

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management or related field
• More than 3 years of experience is preferred
• Experience in order management, planning, inventory optimisation and management
• Knowledge of SAP and MRP functionality is preferred
• Possess a valid APICS Certification is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and influential skills
• Proficient in Japanese and English
