シニアレスポンシブルソーシングマネージャー/ Sr. Responsible Sourcing Manager

A renowned global eCommerce company is looking for a Sr. Responsible Sourcing Manager. The selected candidate will oversee responsible supply chain management and collaborate with various teams to drive improvements and resolve challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Create efficient processes and systems to align sourcing with company’s Supply Chain Standards
• Manage the supplier base and resolve alerts promptly
• Build vendor capabilities to enhance sourcing efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sourcing managers, sustainability teams, and supply chain professionals
• Support the remediation of human rights risks and manage supplier performance improvements through SR’s performance scoring framework
• Partner with SR to provide advice on key SR issues impacting sourcing and production plans

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• More than 5 years of team management experience
• More than 5 years of experience in cross-functional project delivery
• More than 5 years of program or project management experience
• Skilled in defining program requirements and using data and metrics for improvements
• Professional level Japanese and English
