需給戦略リード/ Demand & Supply Strategy Lead

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Demand & Supply Strategy Lead. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading demand forecasting, supply strategy, and managing risks for Japan assets, with a focus on key objectives and NPI launches.

Responsibilities:

• Lead demand forecasting and supply strategy for Japan, analysing data and market intelligence
• Support commercial and market supply chain leads to achieve supply chain objectives
• Drive NPI launch excellence and coordinate supply chain synergies across functions
• Manage supply chain risk and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Oversee risks and identify opportunities to enhance Japan supply capabilities
• Lead a team, developing forecasting skills and setting clear strategic direction
• Manage supply chain risks for vaccine products and implement mitigation plans
• Oversee product lifecycle management, including NPI, pack changes, and divestment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain, finance, logistics, business, economics, math, or engineering
• More than 10 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, sales, marketing, or finance
• Experience as a leader in an environment spanning various teams and locations
• Prior experience in problem solving in pharma or biotech commercial
• Proven experience with industry standards, trends, and expectations
• Understanding of modelling, analysis, evaluation, and forecasting
• Bilingual Japanese and English is a plus
