デマンドプランナー/ Demand Planner

A multinational manufacturing company is seeking a Demand Planner. The selected candidate will lead the Integrated Business Planning process to optimise inventory and ensure business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the IBP process to optimise supply and inventory
• Collaborate with internal teams to align forecasts with business trends
• Generate and manage rolling forecasts for products
• Identify and resolve demand and supply gaps with key stakeholders
• Analyse trends and forecast errors to improve accuracy
• Ensure optimal inventory levels for customer service
• Review inventory opportunities to maximise business returns
• Conduct analysis to develop improvement plans
• Partner with teams to ensure timely planning and execution
• Manage demand/supply post-launch to maintain service levels

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 3 years of experience in demand, sales forecasting, inventory or supply chain management
• Experience in SAP APO, ECC, or other ERP system is ideal
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Skilled in BI tools is preferred
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
