需給計画家/ Demand & Supply Planner

An international pharmaceutical company is seeking a skilled Demand & Supply Planner. The chosen candidate will manage demand and supply planning, align market insights with business strategies, and support supply chain performance.

Responsibilities:

• Plan demand and supply, monitor performance metrics, and escalate risks for decision-making
• Facilitate demand review meetings and align communication across sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain
• Conduct scenario planning for key products and assess impacts with the E2E supply network manager
• Manage supply planning with CMOs and in-licensed suppliers
• Serve as the primary supply agent, addressing supply situations and market changes
• Oversee risk management of obsolescence and potential write-offs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 7-10 years of experience in life sciences gained at a leading multinational company is ideal
• Experience in CMO management is a plus
• Prior experience in dealing with global teams and projects
• Proven experience in demand and supply planning
• Understanding of demand and supply planning
• Knowledge of business and finance acumen
• Fluent level English; native level Japanese (JLPT N1)
