サプライチェーンコントラクター/ Supply Chain Contractor

A global computer hardware manufacturer is seeking a Customer Supply Chain Manager. The selected candidate will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations to optimise processes and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a long-term direct contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full supply chain process from supply optimisation to order completion and customer delivery
• Drive regional standardisation and simplification of operational processes while ensuring effective communication with business stakeholders
• Balance demand forecast with supply availability to maximise business benefits and meet customer promises
• Lead and facilitate the Japan S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) process
• Specialise in product categories and market dynamics, identifying risks and opportunities based on data performance
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, Finance, IT, and other departments to align business priorities and ensure smooth operations
• Participate in global projects, aligning with Global Supply Chain and internal teams to drive company-wide strategy
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Best Practices within the Japan Customer Supply Chain

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or similar discipline
• 4-6 years of experience in supply chain management within the consumer electronics or FMCG industries
• Proven experience in project management, implementation, and execution
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or Kinaxis
• Strong proficiency in data analytics using tools like Excel or Tableau
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in written and reading Japanese and English
