サプライチェーンマネージャー/ Supply Chain Manager

An international consumer goods company is searching for a Supply Chain Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of assets and making strategic decisions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop scenarios and implement strategic asset renewal plans that align with business objectives
• Manage the entire lifecycle of assets, from procurement and contract negotiation to renewal or replacement
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, assess risks, and make informed decisions about asset management
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their needs and ensure alignment on renewal strategies
• Review and provide input on renewal planning in tenders and due diligence ensuring alignment with Group Policies
• Participate in technical discussions during tenders, contributing to asset renewal strategy definition and long-term budget preparation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, supply chain management, or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience in supply chain management experience
• More than 2 years of experience in leading a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, Charts)
• Understanding of ERP or MRP systems (Oracle)
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Familiarity with US working styles is preferred
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
