An international food company is looking for NPD SCM Associate. The qualified applicant will lead new product launches, coordinating with marketing, factories, and distributors to ensure on-time delivery, while tracking project timelines, resolving risks, and promoting cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Streamline processes for new product development to align with business strategies
• Lead product development projects and communicate with internal teams and factories
• Organize meetings with stakeholders to update project status and determine next steps
• Give stakeholders feedback to keep them informed on project progress
• Drive discussions to improve processes and ensure operational efficiency
• Maintain clear communication within the project team about project status
• Identify risks and delays early, proposing solutions to keep projects on schedule
• Support supply chain team to ensure on-time product launches with adequate inventory
• Track and report project KPIs to monitor performance
• Collaborate with logistics and manage master data of SKUs
• Interact with stakeholders and distributors regularly for smooth project execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (supply chain management, project management, business, or a relevant domain is ideal)
• 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management
• More than 3 years of experience in project management
• Understanding of new product development and commercialization processes
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in written and spoken English
