サプライチェーンマネージャー/ Supply Chain Manager

A global food manufacturing company is seeking a Supply Chain Manager. The role involves leading the supply chain team, forecasting demand, managing inventory, and liaising with suppliers and internal departments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the supply chain team for efficient operations
• Forecast demand and monitor inventory levels to meet business needs
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, internal departments, and customers
• Identify and build relationships with potential and existing suppliers
• Control inventory and negotiate contracts
• Develop purchasing strategies and produce reports using software

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 7 years of experience in the supply chain in manufacturing or distributors of high-quality branded products
• More than 7 years of experience in inventory control and S&OP
• More than 3 years of experience in a managerial role
• Experience in project management is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; fluent level English (TOEIC 850+)

応募要件:

• 生産管理経験（食品業界尚可）
• Excelスキル（VLOOKUP、ピボット）
• 英語力（TOEIC600 点程度）尚可
