A distinguished manufacturer of potato snacks and other food products is searching for a Demand Planner. This role will be in charge of conducting statistical analysis to create accurate demand and supply forecasts.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse the market to prepare quality forecasts
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels to ensure client satisfaction and reduce costs
- Cooperate with global demand planning teams for forecast updates
- Support the monthly S&OP with key stakeholders and prepare relevant reports
- Aid in the development of a supply plan to reduce customer service impact
- Ensure accurate data of the supply chain in the planning systems
- Provide reporting as well as project management support
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Previous ERP operational experience, preferably SAP
- Expertise in MS Excel
- Skilled in MS Office and Outlook
- Business level Japanese; fluent level English
