A global food processing firm is searching for a SCD Project Manager. In this role, the selected applicant will be responsible for managing project delivery and handling portfolio simplification.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of projects
- Comply with gate-keeping guidelines throughout the project lifecycle
- Aid in NPD projects
- Assist stakeholders with project updates
- Coordinate with different teams to reduce complexities
- Conduct strategic influencing to optimise innovation portfolio
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 3+ years of experience in the food industry is ideal
- Proven experience in value engineering, project management, operations or research and development
- Experience in project and change management
- Formal training in project management is beneficial
- Excellent influencing, stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Operations background is a plus
- Proficient in Japanese and English
