販売アシスタント/ Sales Assistant

A global manufacturing company is seeking a Sales Assistant. The selected candidate will manage order processing, invoicing, reporting, and coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth sales operations. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders from Japanese clients
• Prepare and issue invoices, including monthly invoice reports for selected customers
• Collect and analyse data from internal systems to generate backlog and sales reports
• Create shipping lists based on backlog reports and coordinate with third-party partners for order fulfilment
• Maintain and organise records of past orders and order acknowledgements
• Prepare quotations for assigned customers
• Create specialised shipping slips for specific customer requirements
• Review payment schedules against invoicing records

Requirements:

• Experience handling multiple tasks with flexibility
• Experience using various applications and EDI systems
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own schedule
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
• Native level Japanese; high level English
